簡易雪糕DIY
原來自製雪糕好簡單架咋, 仲好香滑添. 其實第一次整唔係咁成功, 似香蕉雪芭多d, 但第二次整加埋蛋黃, 真係似返雪糕, 仲要好rich 朱古力味添! 加埋焗香的腰果碎同朱古力粒粒,yummy.
香蕉雪芭
朱古力果仁碎酒香雪糕
朱古力奶 250ml, 可可粉40克, 蛋黃3個 (滑D), 糖30克, 淡忌廉150克, (rum酒2大匙), 果仁碎, 朱古力粒.
做法 :
1.朱古力奶加熱放入可可粉拌勻備用.
2.蛋黃加入砂糖打發至乳白色, 將作法1分次少量慢慢加入拌勻, 開火加熱至85度後關火放涼.
3.淡忌廉打至反轉唔掉, 分次加入放涼作法2中拌勻, 放入冰箱, 代稍凝固取出充份攪拌 (1小時), (加入果仁/朱古力粒) 重覆三至五次, 雪至完全凝固即成
