冬菇蒸比目魚/YORKSHIRE PUDDING/雙重朱古力瑪芬
前陣子回家吃飯, 媽咪蒸了比目魚, 味道很甘香. 在凍肉舖看見$20/兩塊, 買來試一試.味道不錯,但始終是有骨的魚, 老公大人麻麻地(為了應酬我還是勉為其難吃了一點), HONEY放心啦, 冇下次喇~ ^^

東部華僑城
5月1日,7個人幾經辛苦,終於到達了東部華僑城,記住唔好漏左"東部"兩個字, 會好大件事架!~~~
呢日真係好多人,連KFC$100桶餐都要搶O禁濟,因為撞正內地假日,所以去到入口都塞車塞到暈
幸好天氣真的EXCELLENT,影左好多靚相,茶溪谷個景係幾靚,不過入場費貴左D(RMB$130),去一次就夠喇~~

豆沙鍋餅/橙酒CREPE
第一次用新飯煲來煮紅豆,不用按壓已經變棉棉的紅豆蓉了,又不會像舊飯煲/用煲煮會滾瀉,以後做豆沙不用在鑊炒到手指起枕了^^
這個少油版豆沙鍋餅是用來消滅紅豆蓉的.雖然沒有餐廳用油煎般香脆,但是這個LIGHT版沒那麼油膩,吃多件也不會濟,而且快靚正呀~
橙酒CREPE 是某天假日的自製下午茶,薄薄的PANCAKE,加上微甜的橙酒SAUCE,感覺像去了HIGH TEA...
