冬菇蒸比目魚/YORKSHIRE PUDDING/雙重朱古力瑪芬
前陣子回家吃飯, 媽咪蒸了比目魚, 味道很甘香. 在凍肉舖看見$20/兩塊, 買來試一試.味道不錯,但始終是有骨的魚, 老公大人麻麻地(為了應酬我還是勉為其難吃了一點), HONEY放心啦, 冇下次喇~ ^^
香蒽芝士YORKSHIRE PUDDING (結論:我都係鐘意甜味多D^^):
蛋糕班既雙重朱古力瑪芬:
泡打粉多得濟, 滿到瀉晒
P.S. 六星級酒店大廚積高先生話加青檸/檸檬皮會有一份清香, 下次試下先
