賀年焗角仔

謝謝韋太提供既食譜, 試整左一次用焗爐做既牛油皮角仔. 雖然不及媽咪既豬油皮油炸版(可惜因為豬油不健康...已經絶版了),但係健康版既角仔, 一試無妨 :)

餡料:紫菜肉鬆,花生/合桃碎,砂糖,桂格穀粉 (唔鐘意椰絲同芝麻,自製可以飛晒呢D材料,嘿嘿)


包得唔靚,見諒...
