可可杏仁千層糕
這個糕點是印尼千層糕的變奏,因為在愛筵裏吃過的班蘭椰汁千層糕煙煙UN UN 的,太好吃了,想試試看卻沒有班蘭香精與椰汁,便隨手在廚房取來谷古粉與杏仁茶粉來作這個千層糕
我連木薯粉也用澄麵來代替了,可算是大賭一場
一層一層的蒸熟,4層黑白間,很有趣啊!
口感麻,好像與正宗的差不多,有點彈牙,可可粉帶點苦甘,頗特別啊! 不過下次還是正經的來個班蘭椰汁味好了~
靚仔說它像NOTEBOOK =.=
真的似嗎?
