香蕉雪芳蛋糕
香蕉熟得好快,正好做一個雪芳蛋糕.烘焙時間與上次香橙雪芳一樣,但由於香蕉比橙的濕,切開原來還有點點濕,於是再加焗10分鐘.雖然已調較至較低的溫度,但表面仍是焦了>.<
原來只用大半只細蕉已經有很香的香蕉味呢! 不用香蕉精也很香,好奇妙呢~
雪芳蛋糕很鬆軟,我最終於明白為何焗雪芳蛋糕會上癮呢! 因為只要你試過一次雪芳的魅力,從此便不會再在街舖買蛋糕了!
