蘋果肉桂蛋糕
最近買了10個小蘋果, 又令我想起一直試做的蛋糕了…將1杯純味甜乳酪與4顆小蘋果,肉桂粉1小匙一起打成蓉, 這次刻意的不下一滴油試試看, 3只蛋與135克黃糖用全旦打法,
根據食譜用了足足300克低筋麵粉(足足可以做18個小麵包)加半小匙梳打粉, 但由於這個蛋糕太重了,弄斷了焗爐的手柄,傷亡慘重…嗚嗚…
焗了足足70分鐘,滿滿的肉桂香,出爐後的表面是脆的,但可能是沒有用牛油的關係, 蛋糕不算鬆軟, 像馬拉糕的實淨版, 可以這個蛋糕麻, 不算成功囉!
