腸仔芝士/火腿蒽包
老公話想參與我的麵包事業,那就最適合做腸仔包啦!又可以有無限創意的造型,又是老公至愛。這次用的是直接法,先把材料放入麵包機,1小時30分鐘後便拿出來滾圓分割鬆弛,我倆的腸仔包造型也真搞笑,發酵後出來的效果完全不是原先想像的那樣,老公造的"花之戀"變成"米田共"。
我們共做了18個包包,出爐的時間剛好是午飯時候,我們也就以包醫肚吧!包包很鬆軟呢~當然,好吃的包包當然要預留一些給cell員分享啦。不如大家猜猜哪些是出自我手的,哪些是Jam的吧!
