芝士黑椒牛油酥條
冰箱裏還有一包酥皮,為了消滅它,我又找到了新嘗試了!最後入圍的佳麗有兩位,在酥皮蛋撻與牛油酥條之中,最後酥條脫穎而出,因為很懷念La Rose Noire的咸/甜牛油酥條,它令平時不吃酥皮的我也迷上了,可知它有多利害呢!
先將酥皮平均地捍平,掃上蛋液後再灑上芝士及黑胡椒碎,我還額外在酥條中間夾了肉鬆,好惹味呢!扭一扭,沾上少許砂糖拿去焗,美味鬆化的酥條出爐了!
酥皮焗起會變厚,下次還是再捍薄一半才行呢!(1厘米會發至3厘米厚!)
明天剛好是愛筵,順道拿去加料吧!
