鹹糯米糍 & 番薯/眉豆冰皮月餅
雖然過左中秋,但係仍然心思思想食冰皮月餅,於是做了一些過口癮
今次主要是兩款口味:
1. 紫番薯 + 南瓜茸芯
2. 甜眉豆 + 南瓜茸芯 / 白蓮蓉芯
健康又好味! 其實仲整左紅豆蓉,不過唔夠皮料,遲D用來作豆沙燒餅吧!
鹹糯米糍是新創作 (下圖最下面的),有點像茶果. 餡料是由眉豆,豬肉碎,冬菇及洋蔥加醬油,糖炒成的
糯米皮則是少鹹味的,媽咪同JAM頭頭一聽到鹹味的都有點打突,但試落又有驚喜喎! 多謝大家的勇氣呢~~
