白蓮蓉月 (地瓜/綠豆/南瓜芯)
上年的自製月餅大受好評,今年決定再接再勵,蓮蓉方面,繼續幫襯 新信興 的清甜白蓮蓉. 今年他們採用真空密封式包裝, 存放比較衛生,但重量卻比上年少50g (即250g一包),惟有多買一包, 就選新出的桂花味試試吧!
月餅芯方面, 我一向不用高膽固醇的咸旦黃,今次用了地瓜(即番薯),南瓜茸同綠豆茸做芯,中和蓮蓉的甜濟感.1包蓮蓉分5份(50g@),做了10個月餅. 月餅皮的製法不在此多說了, 也是跟上年差不多吧~
正常月餅需要待上兩天回油才香軟,我們卻喜歡新鮮出爐先食為快,皮脆脆的,又是另一返滋味.
謝謝鸚鵡的來臨,讓我多了一天假期享受造餅/睇奧運的樂趣呢!
