ゆっくり発酵カンパーニュ
肚仔唔舒服,在家又百無聊賴,專登揀了個無油又平時花不起時間整的食譜...
ゆっくり発酵カンパーニュ
噴水入爐,高溫烘焙,嘩,香脆到好似在高級麵包舖食到的感覺,超級興奮呀~~
中間我加左地瓜蓉同JAM
呢個包既優點係無油,又加入麥粉,超級健康,香脆可口,成份天然(糖份只加入蜜糖10g)
而且只需搓10MIN,不用搓至光滑(一樣鬆軟)
不過缺點係工序多,時間又長,不過真係好值得, 多謝a moon
高筋粉清倉了...要入貨了...CAKELIB又加左價...去邊度買好呢...
