腿葱包 / 芝腿包
買菜送左啲葱,終於用得著個腿葱包食譜喇~~ 仲有幾個改用芝士添! 個包搓左我半個鐘呀,佢好乖發得好鬆好輕身,一出爐仲有一絲絲添! 但係直接法的命運是…第二天會開始變乾, 保濕方面始終中種/湯種做得好啲呢…
不過即使是第三天, 其實只要將包包放入微波爐中火叮20秒,就會鬆軟返晒, 所以其實唔太高要求的話, 直接法都係最方便既 : )
p.s. 留左175g 麵團做老麵, 過兩日又可以整包包喇~~~
