no-knead bread 實驗二: 肉桂合桃 / 地瓜餡
除左個中種包, 我仲跟網上一個免搓肉桂包的食譜試做免搓包. 大家都知一般包包都要經過搓揉麵團的階段(約20min), 呢個做法係破天荒地不用搓揉, 只需將所有材料拌勻, 再放入雪柜雪1~4天, 取出回溫滾平放餡卷起再發40min 就可以入爐! O岩晒我呢d 懶人.. 其實我之前做過一個原味的, 今次加蛋,加牛油同楓糖漿(ada 樽楓糖漿用晒喇, 好唔捨得呀>.<).
至於餡就加左肉桂合桃糖 / 地瓜蓉 兩款口味.
結果個麵團濕到整唔到捲狀, 變左一攤野…入爐之後有驚喜! 佢發大左成倍呀!! 好開心呀~~ 雖然冇一般包包o禁鬆, 但係都好好味呀, 仲好飽肚添!
地瓜味好好味, 我會再整, 至於肉桂合桃味就有點過甜, 我決定留作麵包布甸~
