馬拉松 訓練計劃
星期六整完野食,update完個blog就去左城門河跑步,一跑便是1小時.一邊聽歌一邊有城門河的風景睇,時間好快就過.半馬拉松即是21km,以我平日的步速不停地跑亦要2.5小時,而且還要朝早6點幾就起跑,3月4日...估計應該會幾凍添,所以一定要認真d操,等身體適應一下.仲有三個幾月,要分段晨操下先得,襯依家未係好凍,仲起到身...
呢幾日城門河多左好多人跑,有d仲有計時添,可能係為11月19日的nike 10公里挑戰賽作準備吧!
為食既我,隔左4個月,又好掛住紅磡飲品屋既 芒果蛋白夾餅,$5大大件,奶油甜夾餅只係$3添!個夾餅仲要好煙煙UN UN咁架,第二度都食唔到,介紹俾大家,仲可以試下咸肉鬆夾餅,都係$5件,好正,不過我就好少無端端去紅磡,隨緣啦~~
