合桃蜜糖南瓜麥士干 18 Nov 06
雖然話要溫書,但都忍唔住手整左個南瓜士干.由於用左3分2麥粉,所以比較粗糙,但就好高纖.同埋唔知係咪因為焗唔夠時間,所以唔夠脆,唔似出面的scone外脆內軟...結果第二日再翻焗,變左硬脆餅,可惜有一半焗得太燶要掉了...
今次整得麻麻,唔合格!下次加返多d糖同牛油等佢鬆化d 先
以前買既曲奇餅模用得著了
