地瓜QQ + 芝士QQ餅 14 Oct 06

今次再戰QQ波,用栗米油代替牛油,果然隔日都唔會硬,但係出爐冇O禁脆.媽咪鐘意地瓜味(用黃心番薯,一些壓成茸,一部份切粒粒),我就鐘意芝士味,好香,真係唔落鹽都夠晒鹹.另外,因為今次開得稀左D,所以搓唔到做波波型,只係求其用湯匙"筆",焗起個型又幾光滑喎!
