日式輕乳酪蛋糕 2 Sept 06
這個蛋糕有兩層不同的口感:上層是普通日式芝士蛋糕, 下層是香濃蛋味的芝士布甸,很有趣呢...(用了甩底蛋糕模, 蒸焗時入水了, 哈哈)因為用上7寸模,所以蛋糕漿盛得滿滿的,表面也因此比較燶 用上卡夫低脂芝味醬(CREAM CHEESE),比較健康,又有清新檬檬味,很好吃呢!這個有機會一定會再弄的!
好快個面已經燶燶地,脹卜卜
焗好喇,好香檸檬味呀
大頭蝦的我弄了意外的雙層蛋糕,兩種滋味,JAM JAM 話好食喎, 哈哈
凍左就有點回縮了,熱食凍食都好味!
