麥饅頭(老麵法) + 檸香天使蛋糕 + 乾焗果仁 16 Sept 06
用低筋+中筋+老麵種的麵團竟可如此鬆軟,像蒸的麥餐包, 很有趣呢~~
檸檬天使蛋糕一點油的成分也沒有,吃起來充滿檸檬的清香,還非常軟滑,媽咪都讚好味,太感動了! ^^
果仁的焗製要很有技巧,下次再試下先

好似一個蒸既麥餐包咁,唔似饅頭添~
剛放入爐的檸檬雪芳蛋糕
裂開了
出爐後
中間好軟滑,雪隔夜食都仲ok
一邊太燶, 一邊又未熟添,尚未成功
