新彊雞豬肉串燒/燒茄子+大蘑菇/煙肉焗薯
新彊雞扒/羊肉的香味來自 孜然粉(小茴香). 可惜各大小超市商店也不見它的蹤影...踏破天涯無覓處,偶然在一土瓜灣小店找到它了! $6/支的孜然粉, 哈哈! 新彊串燒我來也! 今次用上雪藏的雞肉/梅頭肉,焗爐焗起好香呀~~

另加燒茄子,配上甜酸醬汁,煙肉,蕃茄洋蔥香草碎, 中間係一隻BBQ大磨菇,仲有上面有荷蘭白磨菇,購自SOGO,oregano+extra virgin olive oil+pepper+salt=italian taste
