脆皮花生糖 / 芥花籽油角仔
用雲吞皮做花生糖 同夾年糕, 本身係炸架, 我用焗的就凍左會硬D, 都係為左消滅D花生餡而作的
原食譜是炸的,應該幾好味,大家可以試下,餡料可以換其他
原來唔用牛油用液態油都可以好鬆脆架! 個皮OK,不過D餡燶晒...因為個皮沒加糖上唔到色,結果焗過龍 >.< 要餵垃圾筒...
