韭菜煎餅 / 脆皮煎餃 / 茶果
近來韭菜當造,喜歡它甜甜的,炒蛋或做煎餅也很好吃
還記得第一次用新鑊煎餃子俾SE 的朋友仔食,點知新鑊痴到D皮爛晒,但大家也不嫌棄吃清光...
現在鑊用久了,加入麵粉水和點點醋,真的可以煎到脆皮底的餃子啊!...令人感動的早餐...
週末做了個小茶點,這個茶果有別於傳統做法(先包後蒸),而是用蒸熟粉團包餡,因為前者很快會變硬. 餡料是綠豆蝦米冬菇洋蔥,表面是桂格的穀粉(因為懶得炒糕粉),其實...我真的很懶的啊!
