草苺優格包
聽網友說加入yogurt的麵包較柔軟,就來試一試無油之下的效果吧!誰說麵包又肥又不健康呢!讓麵包來個平反吧!
高筋面粉 200 g +麥粉少許
快速酵母 3 g
草莓優格 150 g
糖 10 g (有點微酸的味道, 可略加糖)
蛋 一只
用麵包機打麵糰共33分鐘 (打到起薄膜喇!) , 直接法 以180度烤12分鐘。
可能因為沒有下油又是直接法的關係吧? 麵包隔天便顯得很乾, 不過真的有吐司般發很鬆軟. 午餐有著落^^
