法式松露朱古力蛋糕
這個要特別鳴謝欣昕&Simon送的法國Truffle朱古力,用來做濃朱古力蛋糕一流! 第一轉用7寸圓模,第二轉用小muffin 模, 加了一只香蕉茸及肉桂粉少許.
朱古力的可可脂果然利害, 加入蛋白糊的時候見住佢不斷消泡...所以蛋糕的質感比平時的結實, 與網友的成品比較也差不多, 口感很rich. 男友讚不絶口, 還介紹給他的cell 員吃. 本來這個蛋糕是弄給愉友吃的, 但結果因為時間關係, 成了招呼朋友與同事的開年小食. 不過還有一包朱古力, 會再弄的, 這個蛋糕可以見得人喇, 嘿嘿
