鵪鶉蛋燒賣/水餃
屋企附近間<車仔記>之前無端端再冇鵪鶉蛋燒賣, 最近仲執埋添, 一於自己試下整, 氹下老公仔開心先
外面用水餃皮, 餡就用左雪藏蝦,免治豬肉,木耳同粟米粒, 調味一下就包得, 其實都算易整.不過味道同酒樓都係差少少, 可能因為冇用鮮蝦啦~
自己包大粒D先
蒸8分鐘就得喇
得左
唔夠蛋蛋, 包多幾隻蒸餃
多左既餡仲可以整水餃, 再用清雞湯煮3分鐘就食得,呢個食法又拍得住市面既雪藏水餃喎,唔使驚有味精添^^
