少油版 煎釀三寶
一向很喜歡吃煎釀三寶,但茶餐廳弄的常常吃得滿口油,自己弄的當然少油為本啦!
小時候吃的魚肉常常會吃到幼骨,現在技術進步了,街市買的青蒽鯪魚肉又香又可以放心食用,不用調味也很美味,不論釀在豆腐,青椒或茄子裏也同樣配合,健康又滿足!
釀豆腐+拌菜的糙紅米飯盒,早上起來己期待著lunch hour的來臨^^
