胡椒餅變奏 / 無酵餅
好掛住台北既福州胡椒餅, 外酥內軟又辣辣地,仲有香蒽味...其實自己整都幾麻煩架,要整埋油酥先有香酥感(好肥), 仲用炭爐烤得特別香脆, 抵佢賺錢.
自己整就SKIP左個油酥,做個胡椒包頂下癮就算,好飽呀...
沒有白芝麻, 改用飯素,原來係會燶晒架...
用胡椒芝士粉就OK
中間係豬扒宰成免治豬肉,不過唔落肥肉係差少少,唔得甘香
受苦節筵席用的無酵餅 -- 第三年整喇, 口感似硬版梳打餅, 好驚大家咬崩牙. 話明無酵, 就唔可以落梳打粉/酵母等, 好彩最後大家都清晒D餅 ^^
