焗蘿蔔糕
經過數次整蘿蔔糕既試驗,加上高人的指點,今次我又再戰蘿蔔糕喇!
這一次我加多了澄麵的比重,加上有新刨刀用,可以更快手. 材料同上次一樣,不過唔知係咪落多左水,所以蒸左個半鐘都仲係痴筷子,索性放入焗爐焗熟佢! 哈哈,效果又幾好喎!個面脆脆地,仲好香添! 由於加多左澄麵,個糕仲挺身易煎,仲好有質感咁,大發現咁,老公都讚好味呀!
呢排白蘿蔔都仲係好平又靚,下次見到又買來整先~~
準備好喇~
好想齋切個面食左先,好香呀~
有冬菇,粟米,臘腸,瑤柱
一D都唔痴鑊
