綠豆蓉酥
一向不碰油酥皮類食譜的我,因為近排有乜新食譜想試的關係, 即管試一下這個新東西...這次用了自製綠豆蓉來弄這個皮旦酥型的中式酥點,切開的時候真的像街賣的一樣一層層鬆化的酥皮掉下來,好得意呀!
BTW, 街賣的皮旦酥都係用綠豆蓉,但係用無殼綠豆,而且有薑味,正過我整既好多.
計過卡路里一個成200卡架! 出面買的仲肥, 都係少食為妙喇~
一個豆蓉酥誕生的過程:
水皮與油皮 (前與後)
包好皮料之後包入綠豆蓉
掃好蛋漿準備入爐
出爐喇!好香呀~
皮薄餡靚
