聖誕曲奇: 抺茶果仁 / 心心果醬
年年聖誕都會焗些曲奇餅, 前年是薑餅人, 上年是可可雪球/黑豆粉餅干, 今年有的材料是抹茶奶粉及杏仁/合桃, 就做個抹茶果仁/心心果醬 吧!
兩款曲奇的牛油用量都減至一般牛油曲奇的1/4分量, 把牛油與糖都狂打到發白 (打入空氣會令曲奇更鬆脆), 結果雖然曲奇比較厚,但仍很鬆脆, 試驗成功! YEAH!
至於心心果醬曲奇,其實是結婚回禮小禮物的試驗品, 不過所花的功夫實在不少, 要作400份要花的時間也真不少, 還是想想別的選擇吧! (p.s. mimi 我真的很佩服你呢! 原來你整俾鴿子園愛筵既心心曲奇真係好花時間心機呢!)
