大哥出品的軟綿綿饅頭
大哥今晚用了老麵作饅頭,上次做了大饅頭,今次他弄小型饅頭(23個),見他搓出來的麵團表面光滑,蒸出來果然都很平滑,而且裏面軟綿綿的,晚飯後的我也忍不住吃了兩個,飽得很x.x
由於他沒有加入油,第二朝,口感有點乾,在麵團裏加入油的作用是增加濕潤度,今次完全感受得到,不過加少少水叮熱後吃應該問題不大的!
問大哥今次滿意與否,他說不太好,因為切得太長,變了型,不漂亮.
而我就非常喜歡這些饅頭仔了.雖然有些歪歪斜斜,但比上次還軟熟,彈下彈下,少少甜,剛剛好
大哥造包的手藝越來越純熟了,以後有食神^^
