蒸大饅頭
雖然嚷著要減產,但大佬想造麵包,我便為他找了這個老麵法食譜,因為蒸好像比焗健康,辛苦大佬搓了很久,結果出來的效果很軟熟,由於低粉不夠,所以轉了大部份為中粉,撕出來會有些筋度.今次等發酵時還未外出跑步,不會發酵過度,又不會有酵母的味道,蒸好時會變大一倍,大大個很可愛^^吃了一個做午餐,很喜歡吃饅頭表面薄薄的一層皮,很光滑的樣子.
現在還有一團老麵在雪櫃,可以隨時再造包子,很方便呢!
