La rose noire
昨晚在馬鞍山打羽毛球,順路往惠康走一敞,買了個sour dough做晚餐,還買了牛油酥條$10/5條, 喜歡sour dough是因為懷念美國的日子,難得那清清淡淡,帶點微酸的非大眾口味麵包在這兒有售,這卻偏偏是我杯茶.
一般的牛油酥皮食物我是不會碰的,蛋撻也只吃曲奇餅底.但上次在那兒試吃過,實在對這牛油酥條另眼相看,所以決定買來試試,鹹味是肉鬆+芝士,甜味的表面有砂糖,吃起來有點脆,又不油膩,兩款都很美味…酥皮東西能令我回味的,就只有馬鞍山這分店!
