奶茶麥香蛋糕 24.3.07
想整蛋糕,有奶茶包同麥粉,又想搞搞新意思.整蛋糕的技巧越來越純熟了,由準備材料至入爐及洗滌收拾只用了1小時,出爐即倒扣至全涼才脫模,果然沒有回縮,分旦法還是最好的!
由於用了3份全麥粉+1份低筋粉,加上奶茶包,所以蛋糕體本身是啡色的,不過蛋糕是出乎我意料之外的軟滑,還有淡淡的麥香,本來以為多麥粉會鞋口添!
拎左一半返永光請鴿子園的同工吃,受苦週來讓大家受苦,應應節^^
